The next 10 years: Technology, AI, Climate Change, and Urban Development. In this thought-provoking presentation delivered at the annual conference of development in Prague CZ, I zoom into the near future, exploring themes such as the definition of #thegoodfuture, exponential technological advancements such as #artificialintelligence and their implications. Beyond AI I touch on climate change, synthetic biology, and the evolving cultural paradigms driven by millennials, and GenZ. I emphasize the necessity for a holistic approach to development, balancing digital transformation, sustainability, and human / planetary flourishing. The discussion also covers the impacts of technology on jobs, societal structures, and the importance of maintaining human-centric values amidst rapid technological advancements.
